Meatloaf by Grandpa Tassos
You will need a dish of half a meter!
Grind the onion with the parsley, the oil and the vinegar.
Stir in all the spices
Grate the tomatoes
Mix them all very well.
Cover with cling film and refrigerate overnight
Prepare the cheeses by sprinkling half with paprika and the other half with pepper.
Open the minced meat to a thickness of 1 to 1.5 cm and place the cheeses in a row along the length.
Wrap carefully with the help of baking paper.
Place on a grill and with the baking paper bake away from the coals for 15 minutes on each side.
Remove the baking paper and grill closer to the coal until it reaches 71 degrees inside.
Cover with foil and let it rest for 5 minutes.
