Crispy fried calamari

Just like in a Greek tavern

Execution

  1. Clean the squid well and remove the membrane and the entrails.

  2. Dry it well with kitchen paper.

  3. Add alt and pass it with flour mixed with corn flour.

  4. Fry it immediately in hot oil (over 185 Degrees Celsius).

  5. Once it gets color, take it out of the oil and place it on kitchen paper.
