Slow roast lamb

Start in the evening to enjoy the next day

Execution

  1. turn on the oven at 90 degrees with the fan off

  2. Clean the meat from all unnecessary fats 

  3. Place it on grease proof paper and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Add the garlic and wrap well with baking paper. Tie tight with cotton twine.

  4. Bake for 12 hours turning it every few hours.

  5. In the last hour raise the temperature to 150 degrees.
