Quick and easy preparation with 4 ingredients
Mix the dy ingredients and add in the water, then knead in the mixer for 30 minutes using the hook.
Place non stick baking paper in a rectangle baking tray and add the dough inside.
Place it in the oven at 50 Celsius and let it rise for one hour.
With the dough inside the oven increase the temperature to 150° Celsius and bake for one hour.
Let it rest for 15 minutes before you cut it.

For 400 grams flour
240 grams water
8 grams dry yeast
8 grams salt
For 1kg flour
20 grams yeast
600 grams water
20 gr salt
